Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online:
- You have 7 calendar days to request a qualifying return from the date it was delivered.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Items can not be returned due to scent.

- Your refund request will be reviewed within 2 calendar days of submitting the request.
- If your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent. Items must be sent out within 10 days of approval.
- We will review items when we receive them for acceptable returnable condition, your refund will then be issued to original form of payment.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items on sale or clearance.
- Imperfect "Sold As Is" Bars
